Per-user pricing punishes exactly the organisations we serve: many part-timers, sessional teachers, rotas of volunteers. So KoreKonnect is priced per organisation — £29 or £49 a month, unlimited people. Adding your fortieth volunteer costs the same as adding your first: nothing. Budgets are set once and never argue with generosity.

Proof of presence without surveillance. The reader on the wall is the location proof — each tap is signed once by the chip and verified by the server, so honesty is enforced by cryptography rather than by fingerprint scanners or GPS. There is no biometric database to defend and no tracking to explain at a staff meeting. Staff tap with the phone already in their pocket; no app install stands between a new starter and their first sign-in.

KonnectReaders arrive pre-programmed: peel the adhesive tab, press the reader to the wall by the door, type the code on its label into the system, done. No electrician, no wiring, no batteries — the chip is powered by the phone that taps it, so there is nothing on the wall that can run flat.

At the other end, the data leaves as cleanly as it enters. Timesheets export in decimal hours ready for Xero, Sage, BrightPay or QuickBooks — or arrive by email on a weekly schedule. Leave, lateness and corrections are already reconciled in the numbers, so payroll stops being an evening of arithmetic.

And everything sits under one roof, built and supported in the UK by the two people whose names are on the contact page.

A fixed door is our anchor, so a fully mobile workforce with no premises — field engineers, domiciliary care rounds — is better served by something GPS-based, with the privacy trade-offs that entails. And an enterprise wanting deep HR-suite integration will find us deliberately lean: we do attendance, shifts, leave and timesheets properly, rather than everything averagely.
